Payment and delivery

The current operational payment method at Al Kandar for Oud and Incense is: Thawani. This method may change or other authorized methods may be added, and what appears on the page will be as follows:
Payment and order confirmation are the reference.
• Do not send full card details, passwords, or verification codes via WhatsApp or email.
• The order is not considered paid until the payment provider confirms the success of the transaction.
• Any deposit or payment related to a detailed request must be stated before the agreement and must not prejudice any legal rights.
General delivery
Delivery fees, destination, carrier, and estimated delivery time are displayed before completion when the system allows it. The customer must enter a valid address and phone number.
Response to the carrier. Transit times are estimates and do not supersede any expressly agreed binding deadline.
Operating rules specific to this store
• Liquid and fragile containers should be properly packaged, and any visible breakage or leakage should be documented upon receipt and promptly contacted customer service.
