Legal rights in case of defect or non-conformity
\nIf the goods are defective or do not conform to specifications or the purpose for which they were contracted, the consumer rights stipulated under the Omani Consumer Protection Law shall apply.
\nAccording to Article (16) of Royal Decree No. 66\/2014, the right to exchange, return, or refund is established within 15 days of receipt in the following cases.
\nAs defined by law, with the exception of perishable consumer goods, provided that the purchase is proven and the defect is not due to misuse.

\nIn addition to legal rights, the company, as a business advantage, allows for the return of a sound product within 5 days of receipt, provided it is unused and in its original condition.
